Unlike sound frequencies, these frequencies are delivered as extremely weak, pulsing magnetic fields to the body – via PEMF magnetic field mats or local coil applicators.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) mimics the body's own electrical signals and is designed to support cellular energy processes. Research has investigated its potential role in supporting recovery of bones, ligaments, and nerves. Different frequencies target specific tissue types: 2 Hz for nerves, 7 Hz for bones, 10 Hz for ligaments, 15–20 Hz for circulation support.
Important: PEMF is not an audio application. No headphones – application is via approved PEMF devices.

The lowest PEMF frequencies in the range of 1–2 Hz target the nervous system. In this frequency range, the ion channels of nerve cell membranes may be optimally stimulated, which researchers believe may support axonal recovery and remyelination.
Clinical studies on participants with neuropathy-related discomfort observed improvements in nerve conduction velocity and comfort levels. NASA research also used the lowest frequencies for tissue recovery research in space.
